The trouble ticket interface provides the most reliable method and often quickest method to obtain support. Please be sure to state the problem as best you can. Ambiguous descriptions tend to be difficult to answer as we have seen just about every root cause from the obvious to the complex. Full elaboration is most certainly helpful.
Control panel bugs will always be escalated up to Matt for further inspection, in which case you may drop an e-mail to Matt.
Specifying multiple e-mail addresses
When filing a ticket if you would like correspondences to go to more than one e-mail address, just separate each address with a comma or semicolon.
