Overview
Finding the subscription number
Your subscription number is an unique identification number used to identify you as the proper account holder. Subscription numbers change every time a credit card is updated or PayPal subscription is created. Due to the changing numbers this number is required for password resets to ensure the requesting individual is in fact the payer.
Subscription numbers can be found under Billing History of past payments. As long as the billing information has not changed you may always refer to this figure to verify your identity. If it has changed, then you will need to find the latest subscription number:
- Credit cards
- the subscription number is included in every transaction receipt underneath the item charge. Credit card subscription numbers start with C-.
- PayPal
- every payment receipt sent via e-mail from PayPal includes a subscription number. Alternatively, you may pull up the subscription terms. Every PayPal subscription begins with S-.
- Check
- these are arbitrarily created once a check is entered into the system and should appear in "Billing History" within 14 days of receipt. The subscription number begins with CHK-.
Determining the next billing date
The next payment date may be found by logging into the control panel and checking the Next Billing Date field under Account Overview.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments may be made through either PayPal or direct credit card. Accounts on a yearly billing cycle may pay via check. New sign-ups are restricted to PayPal-only unless special accommodations are arranged to pay via credit card. We prefer this method to reduce the incidence of fraud and keep the servers running happy and spam free. If you are unable to pay via PayPal just drop support@apisnetworks.com an e-mail requesting to sign-up using a credit card.
What are the differences between "Good Standing", "Good Standing; Non-recurring", and "Pending Suspension"?
